Dance has always been a part of my life!
From being a self-proclaimed disco queen in the 1980s, to becoming an aerobics instructor, and later a Zumba instructor, I have always found joy when music and movement come together.

Now I'm excited to begin a new chapter in my dance journey as a BollyX instructor!
I love the energy, music, and expressive style of BollyX, and I look forward to sharing that joy with others - whether in class or performing together in our community.

I believe dances for everyone. You don't have to be a professional dancer - you just need to enjoy the music, move, and have fun!!

As Martha Graham said, "Dance is the hidden language of the soul." For me, dance has always been a way to celebrate life, connect with people, and simply be happy.
