Hello and welcome! My name is Sonia and I can't wait to dance with you :) I have been moving to a beat all my life and began my dancing journey with Bharat Natyam, an Indian Classical dance from from South India, which I studied for nearly 15 years. In college, I co-founded a Bollywood Fusion dance team called Om Shanti and regularly performed at competitions and events.

I absolutely love to teach and am also a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach so I definitely believe in a positive mindset and caring for the body, mind and soul. I hope to see you in my next class!
