    • We are partnering with this incredible event! If you’d like to add on the Bollywood Nights ticket to your Dance Party ticket or your All Access Pass ticket, you may do so through our link below. It is an add-on ticket ($15).

Saturday December 10th – Bastrop Recreation Center (1008 Water St, Bastrop, TX 78602)

  • 10:00am Decorate, Practice, Connect, Explore (looking for volunteers to assist with build & tear down *will receive a special thank you gift!)
  • 4:00pm Parade Line Up
  • 6:00pm-9:00pm Bastrop Holiday Parade featuring BollyX!!!!
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket to the Saturday event is free of charge and does not require you to attend the 10am and 4pm scheduled events. If you include this solo ticket in your registration, it tells us that you would like to be included in the communications around this event and that you might be interested in volunteering. If you purchase the All Access Pass, the same rules apply and we’ll be in touch closer to the event.
    • VOLUNTEERS/FLOAT ASSISTANTS: If you add this ticket to your registration, we will be in touch with a form to find out your availability.
    • AUDIENCE TICKET: You are also welcome to find a spot along the parade route with your BollyX teammates and family and dance with us when the BollyX float passes by :)

HOUSING

Your registration/ticket for these events does NOT include housing. However, we have found a hotel that is close to the AARC to make your stay as seamless as possible. General Admission: All ages are welcome on Friday and Saturday! Sunday is exclusive for BollyX certified instructors (no kiddos please). The Friday Dance Party will be a family friendly event, but there will also be a lot of dancing. So, please keep any small kiddos close by and potentially in the front of the dance party, so they are safe to dance along as well.

*Individuals NOT certified in BollyX the Bollywood Workout: We highly recommend completing your certification BEFORE the event weekend so you can learn choreography for the parade and better understand all of the presentations on Sunday.

Please carefully read the details below so you understand what event you are signing up for. They are not all happening in the same place. You may sign up for a single day of events OR the full weekend as an All Access Pass! Everyone is welcome on Friday and Saturday. If you’d like to sign up for Sunday, you must currently be a BollyX instructor or choose the ticket that includes your BollyX Certification ahead of time. This is a first come, first serve event weekend, so please sign up ASAP while tickets last!

This is the first EVER BollyX Fest and it’s happening in Austin, Texas! Not only will there be a dance party and an instructor workshop, but BollyX will also be featured in the Bastrop Holiday Parade!!!
