Hi there I am a 59 year old mother of 4 and grandmother of 7 amazing people! I am married to Michael and live in the sunny Okanagan in BC.
I am learning to be an instructor in BollyX as it is my favorite dance/exercise and I want to share that love with others and increase my fitness as I have recently been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and have had a partial knee replacement so this program fits well with all that I have going on. I would love to give back and help people with mobility issues due to hip and knee issues get moving.
