Hi my name is Dhara. I recently became a certified BollyX instructor.

My mission is to inspire and educate a healthy physical and social/ emotional lifestyle through dance.

After many years of dealing with post traumatic stress and physical health issues, I decided to make a commitment to take better care of myself and find my passion. For the past year, I have dedicated my time to dance fit classes. My love for dance started as a young girl. Studying dances like Hip Hop moves, Latin dances, Country dancing, and traditional folk dance like Garbas has inspired me to join the BollyX community.
