Quincy, MA

I believe in laughter through tears and the healing power of dance parties. I am the national director of health and wellness for TAPS (Tragedy Assistances Program for Survivors), a military/veteran service organization that cares for the families left behind when a service member dies as a result of his/her service. I also co-direct TAPS Women’s Empowerment Retreats. I am certified to teach cycling (RealRyder and through Boston-based Turnstyle Cycle), Barre Blast by Bethany, Indorow, and the bTone Fitness method. I’m also a POUND! Pro and, through Sacred Seeds Yoga School (Canton, MA), I’ve completed 200hr YTT. I enjoy dogs, emergency management, fizzy water, endorphins, national security policy, bad jokes, and watching people in their element.
