This is the BollyX LIT (Low Impact Training) format, all the energy of the original BollyX format but without jumps or high impact movements (you will still sweat and get your heart pumping!) This free class is offered via The Wellness Blueprint Virtual Studio bit.ly/wellness-blueprint.  Once registered, the Zoom ID will be emailed to you (check spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox). The Wellness Blueprint is a fitness co-op with all donations and contributions of any amount going towards supporting the group fitness instructors in the co-op. Also aiming to help support studios so they will not be permanently closed after this shut down. Open to everyone! WHAT IS BOLLYX LIT?

The BollyX LIT (Low Impact Training) program has all the same energy and swag as the original BollyX format but without high impact dance movements. This format was designed for individuals who love to dance and prefer or need low impact choreography.
