I'm passionate about fitness, dance and having fun! I'm a member of the Rhythms of India Bhangra team in Seattle and have performed at Microsoft, Expedia, the Seattle Art Museum and the Seattle Symphony. For my day job, I work as Communications Director for an area non-profit and I pursue dance for the joy it brings me and the friendships it helps me create. I'm a certified BollyX Cardio Level 1 Instructor and also working towards my Beachbody Coach certification.
