Come dance with Linden in the beautiful ballroom at Harvey Milk Center for the Arts in San Francisco! This is a FREE class sponsored by San Francisco Rec and Park. Pre-registration is recommended at: https://apm.activecommunities.com/sfrecpark/Activity_Search/bollyx/28659 This is an indoor class and masks are recommended but not required. Please wear supportive shoes and bring water! This is a high impact class, but modifications will be provided for low impact. ALL are welcome! No dance or fitness experience required. I can't wait to dance with you!

WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
