Join me Wednesdays (7:30PM EST) and/or Saturdays (10:30AM EST) for 45-min live-stream BollyX classes via Zoom! All are welcome so feel free to invite your friends.

I have not implemented any formal registration fees as I know that the pandemic has impacted many folks financially. Instead, I'm operating classes on a "pay-what-you-can"/"pay-as-you'd-like" model; if you enjoy coming and are able to contribute, I would sincerely appreciate contributions in any amount from $1-20. WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
