Sonia Jain is an avid dance and fitness enthusiast, with a passion for movement, health and wellness. She has been dancing since childhood, and has trained in Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Bollywood and some Latin styles. For 15 years, Sonia taught Bollywood dance classes to individuals and groups, ranging from children to adults, and choreographed numerous performances for shows, competitions and weddings. Students of hers have gone on to found and lead university dance teams and choreograph for the film industry in India. She founded Aashiyaana Arts & Entertainment, where she developed, produced and managed Phoenix's first Indus dance competition for five years.

Sonia holds an M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science, and has served as the Director of IT and Communications for Desert Graden Montessori for 13 years.
