Hi, my name is Tabzy, I grew up watching Bollywood movies and while watching them I grew a love for Indian dancing. I was passionate and determined to learn some famous hits! I began to teach myself hits like, “Mere hathon mein nau nau churiyan”. I mastered this and performed it at my brother’s wedding along with some Bhangra dances that I had choreographed myself too.
My passion to learn more types of dances was then focused on belly dancing. This was very different type of class, but I enjoyed learning the technique and even performed a dance with a group of girls from the class at the hospital awards night where I worked.
I then proceeded to take my dancing experiences to the next level. I became a licensed Zumba instructor, teaching salsa, samba, merengue and reggaeton. I organized charity events which I am very passionate about. I even choreographed a dance for family and friends to do down the aisle at my own wedding last year to “Feeling hot hot hot”
Thanks to BollyX, I now have the opportunity to share my passion for world music and dance with you. So, let’s hit the dance floor and dance like you’ve never danced before.
