This is Amreen i am passionate group fitness instructor live,born and raised in Abudhabi,UAE
Originally from Pakistan the neighboring country from where this BollyX concept is Originated.
I have been teaching group fitness classes from past 7 years mostly teaching HIIT and strength based classes, i am also a PT level 3 certified...
Dancing is my passion and workout is in my blood so BollyX is a perfect match for me where the dance meets the workout.
