Hi Everyone, This FREE class sponsored by NYC Shape Up (Fitness : NYC Parks) will be taking place indoor (Multipurpose Aoom A).  You do not need membership of any kind! Everyone over 18 is welcome! No dance experience required. Please just make sure to wear appropriate gym shoes, bring water, a towel (if you'd like) and your smiles! BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
