Hello! Welcome to the party!
After trying out a group fitness dance class at a local gym, like so many others, I found the magnetism too hard to resist! The music, energy, and community makes me look forward to every class! Very quickly two years have passed and with commitment to class attendance and to all the facets of improving my wellbeing, my health is the best it has ever been, despite the endocrine system health hurdles that try to hold me back!!!
The stay at home orders of 2020 gave me the opportunity to try new fitness platforms and I was instantly drawn to the vibrant rhythms of Bollywood inspired fitness, especially the BollyX classes. Now it’s my chance to bring the enthusiasm and help others achieve their fitness goals!
Come join me in a class! All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome!
