Dancing brings a smile to my face, and if it helps me get healthier and fitter, nothing better than that. As I get older, I'd like to keep myself active and BollyX gives me a great way to do so. And the energy that a group brings in, it's infectious! So here I am, trying to be active and take a community of like minded people along with me, and together we can have fun while enjoying our favorite dance moves!
