Linden Cady is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor in San Francisco, CA with thirteen years of experience teaching dance fitness. Linden discovered dance aerobics in college and Bollywood music not long after that, and she's been hooked ever since! She also works with adults with disabilities in a community setting and is passionate about bringing dance and fitness to people of all abilities and skill levels. Her mission is to help others express themselves, make fitness fun and rewarding, and create inclusive, accessible spaces within the community. Linden is also proud to be a part of the BollyX leadership team as a brand ambassador and Community Mentor, leading certification workshops in the Bay Area and coaching new instructors as a part of the Post-Training Mentorship program. She currently teaches with YMCA SF, Motion Arts Center, Rae Studios, and San Francisco Recreation and Parks.
