BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
The BollyX LIT (Low Impact Training) program has all the same energy and swag as the original BollyX format but without high impact dance movements. This format was designed for individuals who love to dance and prefer or need low impact choreography.

The BollyX for Kids format has all the same energy and fun as the original BollyX format but with music and choreography suitable for kids between the ages of 4-11. This format was designed for children since we all know they love to dance! Parents who want to bring dance and activity into their children’s lives have a very fun and exciting way to do so.
