A few years ago I ended up putting on some weight. Had high cholesterol and when the Dr. upped my dose i gained more weight. I knew that it was time for a change so that I could get healthy and get off the medicine. I started going to the gym several days a week and walking. After a month of nothing changing I talked to a friend and we came up with a new plan. I started to track my calories and had a cheat day and I took my first dance class, It was Zumba. It was rough but I kept at it. About 4 months after that class my gym got a class called BollyX. I read the description and knew that I would like it. I liked the other class and the instructor and this was going to be the same instructor. The offered the class 3 days a week and I went for it. I loved it way more than zumba. It was a little harder than zumba but I could get more of the moves down faster. Instructor. I mentioned this same dream to my friend and gym buddy and she that it didn't surprise her at all because I love the class so much and never missed one. It's still my favorite class to take.
