I grew up in Bombay (now Mumbai), the city of Bollywood, but dancing was never really my thing. It wasn't until I moved to the U.S. and discovered BollyX during the pandemic through BollyX On Demand that everything changed. What started as a way to stay active at home quickly turned into a passion for both fitness and dance, and I've been hooked ever since.

BollyX has played a huge role in my fitness journey, helping me feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to my body, all while having fun. As an instructor, I aim to create energetic, inclusive, and judgment-free classes where you don't need to be a dancer (I wasn't!), just show up ready to move, sweat, and enjoy the music.

My goal is to create an upbeat, welcoming space where we celebrate movement, build confidence, and leave feeling energized, empowered, and unstoppable!!
