Osiyo (Hello),

I was born and reared in northeastern Oklahoma, USA. I am a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. I received my AA in Liberal Arts in December 2007 from Haskell Indian Nations University and Bachelor's of general studies from Northeastern State University in May 2012. I was introduced by a co-worker/friend to join her in a fitness class. So that where my journey began to become a Bollyx instructor.

As many American Indians face a lot of health issues, my goal in life was not to become another statistic within Indian country. I hope to bring my personal goals to inspire others to live a fun healthy life.
