Growing up in a small town in the heart of Punjab, I was always passionate about dancing to Bollywood tunes which eventually became my outlet for the stresses of student life. When i moved to Canada in 2015, I found myself caught up in the vicious cycle of working too much and eating to my hearts content. I had lost all meaning in my life and realised that I had lost myself on the way. I missed the spark that I used to have while I danced to my h earts content and decided to get started on a journey to find myself.
One thing lead to another and I ended up finding Bolly X which truly helped me find my missing spark and helped me find meaning in life.
I have never looked back ever since and decided to help others in their quest for fitness and true fulfillment.
