Hi! I am Kathryn aka WildKat and I absolutely love to dance and share the joy of movement and health with others. Since childhood, I've enjoyed learning dance styles from around the world and I have studied Latin Folkloric, Renaissance, Hula, Flamenco, Latin Ballroom, West African, Eastern European, and Indian dance. I also have a lifelong love of sports, fitness, and nutrition, and am an AFAA Certified fitness professional.
