This class is very parent/child friendly. If you cannot find childcare or want a fun activity to do with your younger kids/teens - bring them along! For littles and babies, they can be in strollers on the side, or carriers on your body, or running around on the dance floor - all options are welcome. The class does have loud music, so if concerned about hearing for your little one, please bring hearing protection.   Cannot wait to dance with you despite the chaos of life! :)

WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
