Join Linden Fridays at 4:30 at Stonestown Family YMCA! Bring water, comfortable clothing, and supportive shoes. No experience necessary!  This class is primarily for YMCA members, but new attendees can try their first class free or drop in with a $20 day pass after that.

WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
