Join Linden at Motion Arts Center in San Mateo for an hour of BollyX every Sunday at 11:30AM! Please wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, and bring water and your rockstar attitude! No experience needed. This is a high impact class but modifications for lower impact will be provided. Get ready to sweat, smile, and shimmy!

WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
