Join Linden for a FREE hour of BollyX at UN Plaza fitness court in the heart of San Francisco. This is an outdoor class so dress in layers, wear supportive shoes, and bring water. This class is presented in partnership with SF Rec and Park and AccessSFUSD special education transition program but all are welcome!!! No experience necessary. Add some joy to your Monday! No class on holidays.

WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
