Join Linden at Stonestown YMCA Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30 for 55 minutes of BollyX. This class is upstairs in Studio 2. Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes and bring a water bottle. Please leave all bags and additional clothes in lockers for safety. Modifications for all levels will be provided. Get ready to sweat, shimmy, and smile!

WHAT IS BOLLYX?

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
