BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated. NOTES: This is a drop-in class to be paid in cash. Please wear running or dance trainers for this class. Bring water and be ready to UNLEASH YOUR INNER ROCKSTAR! FACILITY: Frederick Bremer School is a coeducational secondary school in Walthamstow. The class is based on the 2nd floor, Drama Studio 2 **PARKING: (as advised by the school)** Parking is free for two hours in Homebase which is directly next door. You can park on the surrounding side roads. Parking in the school car park is okay but can be tricky as there are other school activities taking place.
