Hi, I’m Mevy! I host vibrant and fun Bollywood Dance Fitness classes exclusively for women every Thursday. Join us from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at All Saints Church, Church Avenue, Highams Park, E4 9QZ. These classes are perfect for all levels, including beginners. Whether you're looking to boost your fitness or simply have fun, you’ll find a welcoming and energizing environment. Each session is just £5, or you can book four classes for £18.
