Hi! My name is Malvika and welcome to my page! I grew up in India and always had a passion for dance and music. Watching Bollywood movies, learning the songs and corresponding dance steps was always a big part of my childhood. I moved to Austin, TX in the US in 2018 and joined the BollyX fitness classes being conducted weekly in my community's fitness center. Let me just say, that I was hooked! I loved the HIIT format combined with the strength and muscle toning movements. There's no better way to release endorphins and relieve stress than a great dance workout. After enrolling for the BollyX on Demand membership during the Covid-19 pandemic, it has now become an integral part of my daily routine. I am extremely excited to take this passion to the next level and begin my instructor training so that I can bring the joy of BollyX to more individuals!
