My name is Manpreet and I am super excited to be a part of the BollyX community.

I decided to join this community as I love music and dance, specifically Bhangra! I am a working healthcare professional looking to find a piece of myself again and spread the joy of dance and movement in my community.

Other hats I wear are of wife to my handsome supportive husband and mama (or “bruh” somedays) to my son. I am on this journey of BollyX Trainer for my son. I wanted him to see me embrace my culture and see others accepting and enjoying music and dance forms from our cultural background, so he could feel comfortable and proud in his own skin.

I look forward to bringing the BollyX workout to my little community.
