Are you like me? You know you should work out but you would rather be doing something fun? I have the answer to that dilemma. Bolly X - it is a fun and effective workout. I love it so much I have gotten my certification in three different formats! Cardio 1 is an intense workout that includes some jumping. If jumping isn't for you then you should try LIT. It still blasts hundreds of calories without the jumping. I also teach Bolly X for Kids. This format is geared toward kids 4 to 12 years old. But we are never too young to move to music so younger siblings are encouraged to clap along with us.
