Nirju has been dancing to Bollywood moves since she was a kid. She is very passionate about Dancing and Fitness.
Nirju has a BS in Kinesiology or Exercise Science and her full time job as a Physical Therapist Assistant gives her vast knowledge about the body and correct techniques to prevent injury. Nirju is also the Creative Director of a Dance company called Yuva Bollywood Dance based in Houston, Tx. She has done many stage performances all over the United States. Nirju has also opened up her dance techniques into Contemporary and Aerial Dance. Bollywood is a Part of her life and being able to put it into Dance and Fitness gets her super Hype!
