First let me tell you… I LOVE TO DANCE! Salsa, bachata, ZUMBA and all other sorts of dance. Now I’ve joined the amazing BollyX team!

A little of my past…. Struggled for years with weight issues, now have some knee trouble and some other heath conditions. My goal is to help others who love to dance but have trouble keeping up with a high intensity workout. With BollyX we can have a great time using low impact workouts at your own pace!
