Sri Rathi Mei Ling is a Health & Fitness Professional (SFA+CPR+AED), ISSA Elite Trainer, Certified Personal & Fitness Trainer, a BSc in Psychology (Honours) graduate, and an ACTA certified trainer. She has conducted various types of exercises such as HIIT, Aerobics, Strength Training- Sports Performance Fitness Coaching, ABT, Kickboxing, Yin/Hatha/Vinyasa/Chair/Face/Laughter Yoga, Nirvana Fitness, Zumba/Zumba Gold, Stretch Exercises with Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Meditation & Breathing Techniques as well as health & wellness talks, workshops and trainings for corporate companies, social organisations and schools. She is warm, energetic, and people-centric and she loves engaging, helping and connecting with people. She is also deeply passionate about mental and physical health, the biopsychosocial approach model of health, understanding of the scientific evidence-based approach and enjoys sharing all forms of exercises and therapy to maximise health and wellness holistically.
