Reshana Roopnarain is from South Africa. As a little girl, she loved dancing to bollywood songs. Hence, she was called on to dance at weddings and functions. Not being exposed to a dance school or given opportunities to watch movies, Reshana was able to choreograph her own steps and teach to kids around her neighborhood. Bollywood songs flows through her veins as she loves tapping and dancing to those beautiful tunes.

Reshana never pursued her passion for dancing, even though she would have loved to. Her journey took her into the media field. She has corporate skills experience and qualification in journalism; marketing & communications. Her diverse expertise in media extends to over 20 years.

Reshana is internationally certified in all her Metaphysical studies. She is a Life Coach and a Metaphysical Practitioner who is passionate about supporting people reach their full potential and to create balance in their lives. She is the Founder and CEO of her Company - Set Your Spirit Free (A Metaphysical experience to Align Spirit, Mind and Body). Being a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Reshana practices Holistic Healing through several metaphysical techniques. Some of the techniques she uses in aiding change to human behaviour during her Yoga & Meditation classes are Precision Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Face Yoga, Hypnosis, Tantra, Law of Attraction (Quantum Physics), Accupressure, Chakra Dance, Reiki Healing & Chakra Balancing and much much more. She conducts classes for both adults and kids. Reshana loves working with kids and introduced yoga classes with her metaphysical practices and Bollywood Dance Fitness (BollyX) at schools within South Africa. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate through the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, California.
