Reshana Roopnarain is a South African native whose love for dance began in childhood, moving joyfully to the rhythms of Bollywood music. From a young age, she was often called upon to perform at weddings and family functions. Without access to formal dance training or regular exposure to films, Reshana naturally choreographed her own steps and eagerly taught the children in her neighbourhood. Bollywood music has always flowed through her veins, inspiring her to tap, move, and express herself through its vibrant melodies.

Although Reshana never formally pursued dance as a career—despite a deep passion for it—her professional journey led her into the media industry. She holds qualifications and corporate experience in journalism, marketing, and communications, with over 20 years of diverse expertise across the media field.

Internationally certified in her metaphysical studies, Reshana is a Life Coach, Metaphysical Practitioner & Energy Healer devoted to helping individuals reach their full potential and create balance in their lives. She is the Founder and CEO of Set Your Spirit Free, a metaphysical experience dedicated to aligning Spirit, Mind, and Body. As a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Reshana facilitates holistic healing through a wide range of integrated metaphysical techniques. These include Precision Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Face Yoga, Hypnosis, Tantra, the Law of Attraction (Quantum Physics), Acupressure, Chakra Dance, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, and more.

Reshana is also a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher who deeply values sharing her knowledge. She trains her Reiki students in the Art of the Right Hand Path Reiki and conducts classes for both adults and children. With a heartfelt love for working with young people, she introduced yoga infused with metaphysical practices and Bollywood Dance Fitness (BollyX) into schools. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate through the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, California.
