I have been Bellydancing for over 15 years and have been instructing to all ages for over the past 12 years. I discovered Bellyfit in 2015 as a way to combine the fundamentals of Bellydance with fitness and yoga. Since I enjoyed the fitness level of Bellyfit so much, I decided to give Zumba a try and then Pound. I was completely taken by the intensity, joy and passion that each of these formats have to offer. From my love of teaching, I was inspired to become an instructor. I became a BollyX Instructor then added Pound Pro training, Bellyfit and finally Kangoo Jumps training. I am so excited to share my love of fitness with everyone!
