Her passion for fit lifestyle and love for dance has driven her to become BollyX instructor. She loves high-intensity cardio workouts and she modifies her steps as needed. Since childhood she has taken leads in various dance shows.

She believes in setting a target, planning, and taking consistent actions and with this attitude she has become NJ public school teacher, Health Coach, and BollyX instructor.
She is a mom of two kids(age 5, 10) and lives with her husband. She maintains everything that is important to her in a balanced way by evaluating circle of life from time to time.
