I grew up in India watching Bollywood movies and dance numbers. At weddings and family gatherings, I would get up on stage and deliver impromptu dance performances. Dance was my happy place.

I love finding fun ways to stay active, whether it’s jump roping, shadow boxing, or running after a boomerang in a field. I gravitate towards workouts that bring me joy and get the heart pumping. I have always felt dance is an effective tool for physical and emotional wellbeing.

I am excited to be part of the BollyX community and can't wait to share the joy of Bollywood dancing with you!
