Vibz Performing Artz (Level -1)  1043, Victoria Rd (Above pizza shop; park on Victoria Rd from 7 PM onwards)
What you need to bring: 1. A water bottle - it's important to stay hydrated. There is a kitchen in the studio so you can get refills 2. A towel - to wipe that sweat! 3. Please wear comfy shoes and activewear 4. Don't forget your smile and swagger. Leave your worries at the door and have fun with us! BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.
