My name Varduhi means rose in Armenian where I come from originally. Dancing has been my passion since childhood and especially belly dance. Later on I became a Zumba® (licensed also in many other formats of Zumba® fitness) instructor and now BollyX instructor too. My passion in life is to inspire, give smiles, support, joy to students and those around me. I also enjoy teaching STRONG by Zumba® classes which is HIIT style class (more at STRONGbyZumba.com) and I am part of this big community for this program since the beginning it launched. I have lost 37lb since 2014 and been maintaining my healthy lifestyle since then. I love fitness, traveling, reinventing myself with trying different things in life. Smiling and staying positive are part of who I am. I am happy to be in this new BollyX community/family.
