This is the BollyX LIT (Low Impact Training) format, all the energy of the original BollyX format but without jumps or high impact movements (you will still sweat and get your heart pumping!) This class is offered via The Wellness Blueprint Virtual Fitness Co-op bit.ly/wellness-blueprint.  Once registered, the Zoom ID will be emailed to you (check spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox). The Wellness Blueprint is a fitness co-op with all contributions of $3-20 (pay what you can) going towards supporting the group fitness instructors in the co-op.
