Born and brought up in Scotland, I’ve always loved music and dance and got into Bollywood & Bhangra dancing a few years ago now, I’ve also had the opportunity to perform in various South Asian shows (which I absolutely love doing!).
I initially discovered BollyX during lockdown and was IMMEDIATELY hooked! I’ve always been a great advocate for fitness and moving your body, and since there was no BollyX classes in my area I was keen to qualify in becoming an instructor - so I could ultimately share the rhythmic music and energetic dance moves.
I strongly believe exercise and fitness should be fun, enjoyable and for everyone at ALL levels, and this is exactly what BollyX is!
